So, last night was our Firebird’s sleepover at Ashley’s house. Oh my freakin’ goodness, their house was amazingly nice. Walking up to their steps I honestly felt underdressed and I totally was considering bailing out on the whole thing, but good thing I didn’t. When I get a steady job and I can afford to buy my own house, I want to get a house like theirs. Anyway, it was only Ashley and me for a while, before we were reunited with Priscilla, Kim and Lindsey a bit later, and Jen, right before we were heading in to sleep. We played Super Smash Brothers Brawl for a while, and I totally sucked at it, but it was pretty fun. I can definitely say that I improved by the end of the night.
After dinner, we headed upstairs for more bonding. haha.. bonding. We talked about a lot of things, school, the team, our boring practices and all before we finally found… dun dun dunnnnn… the nerf guns. I can’t remember the last time I played with nerf guns, with that many people before, so I did not hesistate to fire the first shot at Kim. That was the beginning of the end and we were all over the place shooting each other. I epic failed and got shot in the forehead a bajillion times, but I did get my revenge and shot Kim on her crimson chin and I practically raped Priscilla from shooting her in the butt, cooch and boobies so many times. Priscilla got a bullet stuck in the lights so we stopped playing and Kim and I moved onto a new game. I don’t know what it’s called, but we were basically balancing a little basketball between two frisbee-like-thingamabobs that were placed on our butts. That made for some extremely awkward pictures, but it was fun nonetheless *sigh* good times… After working up a slight sweat, we headed downstairs for brownies and ice cream. It was sooo gooooood. I mean, it sounds good already. Freshly baked brownies, still warm, with cookies and cream ice cream. You can’t deny that that sounds good. Well, we watched Scream 1, or something, while we were eating, and I have to say, that movie was extremely funny for a scary movie. We finished it upstairs, and right before we got to sleep, Jen finally came. So we stayed up a little more and we were looking at our yearbooks and all that stuff and Kim and I talked about a bunch of random things that will remain disclosed because I said so. That was the most of our sleepover as I remember it and I have to say, that I had a great time. Missy and MJ missed out big time.
Even though I don’t know all these girls that well, I have to say that I feel extremely comfortable with them. I don’t feel judged, nor compared, or anything like that. I feel included and part of something really nice. Especially Kim. She totally brings out a side of me that I don’t even show to my… well, actually, I don’t really act so freely and carelessly around anyone else except when she’s around. I’m going to assume that it’s a good thing. The sleepover was a great experience, and I hope that we will have more sleepovers 🙂
